OMG! I'M JUST TOO FAT !!!

The thought that usually accompanies the thinking of being  fat, is the planning of strategies for lossing some weight.
Weight loss can be defined as a reduction of total body mass and can be either intentionally induced or can occur unintentionally due to an underlying disease or illness.
Although the weight loss we are concerned about here is that which is induced consciously by individuals in an effort to improve on an actual or perceived overweight problem or obese state in an effort to improve fitness and health or to change one's physical appearance.
Intentionally induced weight loss attempts can be sometimes linked to some psychological implications, as some people who attempt to consciously lose weight only perceive themselves as being fat whereas they are not (anorexia). While some people who actually are fat and attempt to lose weight might get obssessed with their looks and goal of acheiving that perfect shape, that even when they become slim enough they can't shake off the feeling of being fat (bulimia).
The first step to successfully losing excess weight and maintaining a trim, average or desired figure is to first of all admit to yourself that you have a weight problem, most people even when they are aware of their overweight situation tend to make excuses for being fat.

What most people tend to forget is that being fat isn't originally a problem, it only becomes one when you become uncomfortable with your looks or size or when it starts posing health or other unacceptable risks.

Thus, if you feel comfortable being fat, my advice to you is to "rock that look" but also keep it moderate and healthy. But if it's becoming a problem the first step is to admit it.

The next step is to confront the problem and seek healthy options on how to overcome it without overdoing it. It didn't take 6weeks to acquire your weight, so don't be in such a rush to lose it.
Altough drug supplements and weight loss surgeries aid and catalyse weight loss, why take a shortcut when you can take the scenic route and discover new and interesting things about yourself.
Losing weight is not just about losing excess fat, it's about developing a set of new and healthy habits which not only help you trim down but also ensures that you maintain a trim figure (these habits can also  be supplemented with drugs but not just relying on drugs as primary options), and could also lead you to a path of discovery about yourself.
You might find out you love aerobics and exercising or the cool morning breeze while jogging in the park, you might find out you enjoy salads and veggies, and there is always the extra joy when on special occasions you decide to treat yourself to something special.
Lastly, be dedicated to seeing it through and consistent after the goal has been accomplished.

Maintain a steady habit and periodically check on your weight reccommended interval of 6months. And if you notice an unacceptable increase in weight don't make a common mistake by saying "i did it before so i can do it again", act on it before it oncemore become a problem.
